Rules for the registration of minors for MA2024

Individuals who have not yet reached the age of 18 but have turned 16 by the start date of the gathering (August 08, 2024) and actively participate in the airsoft community may participate in the event, provided they meet the following conditions:

1. Proof of turning 16 years old must be documented with identification (ID card, school ID, passport, etc.).

2. Actively participate in airsoft activities, and their previous behavior, conduct, and personal characteristics do not raise any concerns in the community, as confirmed by a statement from the Gathering Guardian.

3. Provide a written statement from both parents/legal guardians consenting to their child's participation in the gathering. They must also designate an adult Gathering Guardian, who will simultaneously be a participant in the event (taking part in scenarios) and express consent by signing the statement. Each Gathering Guardian can be responsible for only one minor participant.

4. Registration must be done with the submitted statement and the Gathering Guardian.

5. All penalties imposed on a minor also automatically apply to the designated Gathering Guardian chosen by the parents/legal guardians.

6. Familiarize themselves with the regulations and rules provided by the Organizer and accept them by completing the registration form.

7. Pay the registration fee to the specified account, details of which will be provided by the Organizer. The fee may be subject to change, and interested parties will be notified.

8. Attend the designated location and time as outlined in the event program.

9. Register at the Gathering Headquarters, during which the admitted person must:

   • Confirm identity and age with a universally accepted document (ID card, school ID, passport).

   • Sign a statement.

   • Sign a participant card.

   • Accept and sign the Gathering Rules and Maneuver Regulations.

Having read the event regulations, we hereby consent to our son/daughter participating in the event named "Mission Afghanistan" from August 08 to 11, 2024, taking place in Wola Wodyńska. We are aware that ASG meetings involve participants shooting each other (simulating combat) with airsoft replicas firing plastic pellets with a diameter of 6 mm and 8 mm, weighing up to 0.6 g. We also acknowledge that the replicas used by participants are powered by compressed air or gas, firing projectiles at an initial speed of up to 200 m/s, up to a distance of 100 m, including in bursts. We are also aware that individuals aged 16 and above participate in ASG meetings. Additionally, we declare that we are aware of the risks associated with participating in ASG games, including injuries, abrasions, fractures, and in extreme cases, the loss of an eye or eyes, all of which can lead to permanent damage to health and the body, including loss of vision. We have also been informed about the participation of various vehicles in the gathering, further increasing the risk of accidents. We declare that we consent to our son/daughter assuming such risks, and in the event of an accident involving our child, we will not file compensation claims or seek any legal consequences against the Organizer.
