b. In special cases, registrations from participants aged 16 and above will be accepted, provided they meet the requirements outlined in the "Minors" section available here .
c. To be included in the list of participants, one must purchase a ticket on the misjaafganistan.com.pl website.
c1. It is possible to purchase a ticket through installment payments. The total cost is 450 PLN.
The first part, a deposit of 200 PLN, is paid upon registration.
We wait for the deposit payment within 7 days of completing the registration form. Failure to receive the deposit within the required period results in removal from the participant list.
The remaining ticket fee (250 PLN) is to be paid between May 1 and June 30. Failure to make the second payment within the specified period results in removal from the participant list, and the deposit is non-refundable.
d. If a registered person decides to withdraw from the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
e. The organizer has the right to refuse participation to any applicant without providing a reason for the refusal.
f. An updated list of registered participants will be displayed on the event's Facebook page (only showing: nickname/city/confirmation of payment).
g. Changes to the participant list are allowed until June 30, 2024. After this date, the organizer does not accept any substitutions, ticket transfers, etc.
h. Any changes within the group on the participant list must be reported through the "substitution form," the link to which is available on our websites.
i. If a person decides to withdraw from the event, they can sell the ticket on a dedicated Facebook group until the end of May.
RESALE OF TICKETS AT A PRICE HIGHER THAN THE INITIAL PRICE IS PROHIBITED!
Participants must be present at the specified location and time according to the event schedule.
Each airsoft replica participating in the game must have power markings recognized by the organizer and specified in the safety regulations.
Proof of participation is receiving a numbered wristband during the event registration, which must be worn throughout the event and presented immediately upon request from the Organizer and Judges.
II. All laws of the Republic of Poland, especially those regarding the protection of landscape areas, open fires, and bonfires in the protected landscape zone, apply on the event premises and directly around it.
IV. A complete ban on promoting totalitarian ideologies through the use of symbols, gestures, or any actions associated with Nazi or totalitarian ideologies is enforced on the event premises, with the consequence of immediate expulsion from the event area.
V. Every participant is obligated to strictly adhere to the provisions of the regulations and follow the instructions of the Organizer and security services. Participants attend the event at their own risk. The terrain is challenging, and the game is conducted during nighttime hours. Before the event, individuals unfamiliar with the terrain are advised to thoroughly familiarize themselves with it to avoid injuries.
VI. Failure to comply with the regulations will result in the complete loss of the right to participate in the event and voluntary or forced evacuation from the event area.
VII. Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt individuals from compliance, and legal responsibility applies in case of violation.
III. The State Forests Act of September 28, 1991, with subsequent amendments (Chapter 5, Articles 26-31), applies to the area owned by the State Forests National Forest Holding, available on the website.
